ARE THE EARRINGS HYPOALLERGENIC?
Did you know that hypoallergenic does not mean nickel-free? 'Hypoallergenic' is an unregulated term made up by the industry for material to which less than 50% of the population is allergic to. So yes, our earrings that are made with 14K gold-plated posts and hooks can be considered 'hypoallergenic', but to be safe look for our earrings that are marked 'nickel-free'. These are made with titanium hardware, and will be truly nickel-free.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we ship only in Canada. If you are not in Canada, let us know. We'd love to hear from you as we work on expanding to ship internationally.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We've been on a long journey, but currently call Toronto on the great Turtle Island home.
WHAT DOES SLOW BATCH MEAN?
We make these earrings by hand; that means we work the clay, shape and cure it before sanding, polishing, drilling holes and assembling it. All this tender loving care that goes into each pair of earring results in a unique pair of earring that you won't find anywhere else.
​HOW CAN I BUY A PAIR OF EARRINGS?
At this time, we are researching a new online platform for our sales so that we can offer the most secure shopping experience for you while keeping costs low. You can still get your Atelier Minoo earrings by:
- directly contacting us to place an order. Free, local pick-up available in the GTA
- visiting the Makers Market store at 3069 Dundas St W in Toronto (the Junction)
- finding us at the next artisan pop-up market. (see market announcements on our Instagram or Blog page).
